We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house and property right next to the lake Trasimeno with the best view of stunning sunsets. Christina and her husband a very kind and it was very easy to communicate with them. The house is nicely furnished with two bathrooms and the beds were very comfortable and with very good access to wifi. Since the property is right next to the lake, it was very easy to go swimming, go out with the available SUPs or even start your kite directly from the property. We had a great time at Lago Trasimeno and the surroundings and can really recommend staying in this cool place!

After a long period of lockdown, a lakeside retreat was perfect. Terrific views, peace and quiet with the lake only steps from the front door it was amazing on warm days. Sitting around the fire pit on the front laws overlooking the lake with the sun going down was just what we needed. Bicycles were available to borrow to explore the area and we found a great pizza restaurant close by. For small groups or families this is perfect. Hosts David and Chrissie were super helpful with local recommendations and have recently renovated so the house was terrific

Wished we could have stayed longer. Situated right on the lake itself, the location can't be beat. The views of the lake from the house and yard are absolutely breathtaking. In addition to swimming and boating, we loved curling up with our books on the lounges outside, as well as inside, the cozy cottage. While we enjoyed cooking meals in the well-appointed kitchen, we were also thrilled to discover wonderful, lakeside restaurants a short drive away. I would highly recommend.

We stayed at David and Chrissies lake house for our honeymoon July 2018 after getting married in Umbria, for around a week. It was so peaceful and the views were just draw dropping! There were food shops and restaurants within walking distance. Most evenings we had BBQs next to the lake. There was also a really trendy sailing club around 10 minutes walk away, which served fantastic cocktails and nibbles and had really friendly staff! We went their most days and hope to return next year to learn to sail. David and Chrissie were fantastic hosts and had lots of suggestions of restaurants/walks/cycles. We couldn’t recommend this lake house more! It will always hold special memories from our honeymoon ❤️
